Control Your Premature Ejaculation

Humans are equipped with an organ that we call “the brain.”  This organ enables most of us to make choices and decisions.   For the most part, while we cannot always control what happens around us, certainly we should be able to control ourselves. Sadly, that is not always the case.   It takes some serious discipline to harness our emotions and break unhealthy habits.

During lovemaking, a large percentage of men can become so aroused that they forget they have a partner to satisfy.  Controlling their ejaculation takes the back seat.  Some men can be so selfish that reaching orgasm is all that matters to them in bed.  While others want to satisfy their partners, however they just do not know how to control their premature ejaculation.

Not all men are content with that.  Many of them, about 40% of men do complain about premature ejaculation.  The complaint stems not from the premature orgasm itself, but from failing to live up to the expectations of their sex partner.  When you cannot satisfy your sex partner, your ego can become severely bruised.

Control is key.  Unfortunately, the pleasures of the sex act is said to be autonomous.  That means when it reaches a certain stage, there is little a man can do to control it.  Like containing orgasm or prolonging erection.   However, that does not mean that it cannot be done and with some extraneous help, there are ways to control the timing of your ejaculation.

There are many various ways to help delay orgasm.  From practicing yoga, to taking pills to hypnosis and kegel exercises.  The important thing is to relax and free yourself of any anxiety about performing in bed.  And it helps a lot when your partner understands what you’re going through.  Once you are relaxed, it becomes a breeze to take control of yourself.

There are exercises on your pelvic muscles to further your control called Kegel exercises; you can manage your ejaculation so that it coincides with that of your partner.  The sphincter muscles right around the anus can be flexed to control your bladder and rectal movements.  Doing the same repeatedly, when you’re about to climax,  can give you better control before ejaculation.  Give it a try and see if you have any success.

It is time to take control of yourself, especially in bed and work on your premature ejaculation problem.
